Welcome to Poinciana Place Townhomes, where community spirit thrives! We’re excited to introduce the new board members who have been diligently serving our community for the past few months.

As the new HOA, we’re dedicated to continuing our service with diligence and transparency. We value your feedback and are committed to prudent financial management. To further our efforts of cutting costs and saving the community money where possible, several volunteers rallied together last Tuesday to remove aged, shrubbery and pull weeds to prepare to plant fresh greenery. We will meet every Tuesday at 9:00am until the project’s completion, and we invite anyone who wants to volunteer to join in. There will be coffee and donuts to keep our energy high!
Brenda White will be collecting donations at the next board meeting to purchase the new bushes and other landscape materials. If you would like to volunteer or have any questions or suggestions, please reach out to Brenda at brendawhite@pptha.com.
