HOA TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION PIZZA PARTY
The HOA Townhomes Association Pizza Party, put together by Sheri Blaney and Lyn Croteau on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, was a laid-back get-together by the pool where residents got to hang out, eat some pizza, and catch up with neighbors. The even was a fun reminder of what community’s all about.

Dear Residents,
On behalf of the Board, I extend my sincere gratitude to all the vendors who participated in yesterday’s event. A special thanks to our residents who took part—it was truly wonderful to see our community come together.
A heartfelt appreciation goes to our Social Committee for their dedication and hard work in making this event a success. A special shoutout to Sheri, Cindy, Lyn, Gail, and Lynn Dipaola for their efforts.
It was also great to hear from visitors who enjoyed the event. As Billy Parker from Margate Building Poinciana shared:
“Hi Sam, your community is doing a great thing by hosting a garage sale. I wish our association would do the same. My wife and I were there at 9:00 this morning. We enjoyed the yard sales and meeting some of your residents. Thank you for your kindness.”
We had hoped for a greater turnout; however, this was our first yard sale and I believe we learned a lot from this event. The Social Committee’s goal is to encourage community engagement, and we look forward to seeing more involvement in future events.
Our next gathering will be a Meet & Greet Dinner—an opportunity for residents to connect and strengthen our community bonds. Date and time to follow soon.
